Lillian Kaufmann was raised by performance enthusiasts and officially started her career in theatre at 17 years old. Since then she’s worked inter alia for the Jakobus Theater Karlsruhe, Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe and the Theater der Jungen Welt Leipzig. 
She currently studies Theaterwissenschaft and British Literature and Cultural Studies at the Universität Leipzig. 
At ETL she’s been part of ‘New Voices’, ‘An Island in the Stormy Sea’ and manages the social media account. 
She enjoys working in both English and German, occasionally translating things and making sure the plays are accessible for non-native speakers.
